Unfortunately there is not explanation assigned for each line.
See here for more details about explanation:

Anyway:

From this screenshot, Inbox, Playlists, Music, Podcasts are the tabs that this sentence refers to.

'tabs' originate from something like this:

So the sentence is referring to such tabs, having them all available in one view/panel.

Unfortunately there is not explanation assigned for each line.

I'm not sure what you are doing.
Let's go one step back:

Are you in the process of translating MusicBee to Arabic using the translator file?

Yes  :D

Ok.
And you have a language translator file issued by Steven containing the sentence:

I need explanation for example:

Tab: A clickable UI element designed to look like a tab on a file folder. It allows you to navigate between multiple applications, files, pages, or websites, all available within a single window.

Can you post a link to that file?
I do the translating for 'my language', and haven't come across that one.
Maybe I am behind?

For me it would be better if we could focus on one issue at a time.
Where does:

'Tab: A clickable UI element designed to look like a tab on a file folder. It allows you to navigate between multiple applications, files, pages, or websites, all available within a single window.'

occur in a translation file?

Sorry to late, but I had some issues have to be resolved.
I need clarification for:
Track Gain
Replay Gain Off
Smart Gain
Scrobble
Volume Minus
Volume Plus
That takes long time because I'm comparing with Microsoft Arabic glossary, to gain as much as language translation quality
Thanks for understanding...
Since you only need an explanation to help you choose the right words, I wont go into any detail

Track Gain: Automatically adjusts the volume of the playing track so the volume stays the same - the technology is known as Replay Gain
Replay Gain Off: Disables the above ie. no adjustments made to the volume
Smart Gain: Also automatically adjusts the volume of the playing track but so entire albums stay the same volume, except when shuffling, in which case adjusts all tracks to the same volume
Scrobble: I suggest you dont translate - its a technical term applied to when track playcounts are submitted to last.fm - last.fm users should know what scrobble means
Volume Minus: Decrements the volume by a small amount
Volume Plus: Increments the volume by a small amount

So your question about:

"Tab: A clickable UI element designed to look like a tab on a file folder. It allows you to navigate between multiple applications, files, pages, or websites, all available within a single window."

was about you being confused about something completely different?
I've wasted time on better things to be honest.

Let's hope your translation will be better than your reasoning.

Hello...
I didn't find the strings for many items as highlighted in the following picture, not listed in the language file!
