Hi everyone, guys. I hope that we can post this kind of question, for a few weeks I'm trying to figure out who this artist is, unfortunately the song is very short and app like Shazam can not recognize it, I also asked for help on the Watzatsong site but nothing to do.

I'm 95% sure that's Jeff Healey - don't recognise the track though. It's been a while since I listened to his music  -  time for a revisit.
