Drag and drop songs from folder to playlist

Hello there! I have question regarding adding songs to playlist.

I have two workstations. Win 7 and Win 10. At win 7 i can drag and drop music files form folder to playlist directly.

At win 10 I can`t do this. Have no idea why.

Hmm.. I have Windows 8.1, and I can drop songs from Explorer, but can't do this from iTunes.

Paste (Ctrl+V) doesn't work at all (says "No selected files"), no matter whether it was copied from MusicBee or from outside.
