Question about Album/Song Art

Is there any way to change the picture for the first track of an album without changing the album cover in the 'Music' tab?

I like putting single art for the various singles of an album, but whenever I change the picture on Track 1, the album cover in the music tab gets replaced with that picture. It will still show correct pictures when I'm listening on shuffle, but the album art in the Music tab will be wrong.

I didn't test but maybe even that would depend on what view you're using for the playing tracks panel and it could show either album cover or track cover.
You could use Tracks view in the main panel to avoid the issue. In other views, adding multiple artwork to the first song and rotating the image on track info panel seems to be the only way you could try.
