Custom Equalizer Presets

When I save a preset it never appears to get used.  If I replace "Rock.sde" as an example with a custom preset of that name MusicBee still uses the original Rock preset.  If I save to a unique preset name it doesn't appear in the presets pulldown menu.

What am I missing?

there was a bug with the default location when prompted to save the settings.
This fixes that issue:
