Can you add to track names when moving files to mp3 player

Is there an automated way to change the track names so the the disc track is in the beginning for example 01 - Track Name?
I know the filename changes, but that doesn't help me, since my mp3 player reads track names for order, and doesn't recognize the disc track.
My only solution is either manual editing, which takes too long, or if I keep them as flac files, because in that case it does read the filename, but that increases the size which I'd also rather avoid.

Create a sub-folder for playlist option does that. So add songs to a playlist and sync it with that option enabled.
