I have a wiko harry (android 7.0). My computer (windows eight) recognizes it, i have installed a driver.
My device doesn't show up in the navigator. I maked sure that my phone was unlocked and that MTP was selected.
Do I need to install an extension.

You might have better luck mounting your phone's storage as a USB drive rather than connecting as an MTP device for syncing purposes.

Sounds like a driver issue. Uninstall the phone driver, disconnect the phone from the computer, reboot, then connect the phone and reinstall the driver.
