I recently re-installed MusicBee because I was having some audio issues with the latest Windows 10 update, but now I can't figure out what settings I was using before.

This is what I have now, but before I was able to have the album art be where it's making me use "artist picture" and/or just a blob of colour from the artwork. If I choose "Large Album" I get a lyrics panel that I can't turn off on the side, which I never had before. (https://i.imgur.com/q9pSEAq.jpg)

How do I get the album art to show up where it keeps trying to put the artist's photo?

Also, the tracks on the right side no longer display in the order they're playing.

No, album color mix view never showed big cover. It had been just empty background before Steven added artist picture some months ago.
You can also show theater mode views instead, or you can create your own.

My "Now Playing" is set to "Playing Tracks," which is configured to show "Track Information."  I have the playing tracks above (they're in the right order) and then I dragged the lower panel with the cover to make it giant.  Then I added a bunch of fields I wanted to see during playback to it (Date Added, Last Played, etc).  My right panel is lyrics.

This gives me very large art and the color mix background without the lyrics or artist pictures.
