Visualiser and ASIO

Having visualiser open whilst using ASIO makes the music play at about 1.5-2x rate.  The audio also has a lot of clipping.

The visualiser can be in the background, but if it is open (e.g. visible) the glitchy audio starts.  Doesn't occur with DirectSound.

I can confirm also with WASAPI
Only on the built-in visualisers, not Milkdrop or old Sonique.

This is not a new bug, has been around since 2.5 but I could never figure out what was causing it (I never use direct sound with MB).
