get player controls to work when parent="TrackInfoPanel"

This got brought up in discussions for 3.0

With bitmap skins, thinking in layers, when 'shuffle' and 'repeat' buttons are placed somewhere in the trackinfopanel, they will function.
But playing control buttons will not be responsive anymore when located somewhere where the trackinfopanel is also present.
Could the playing control buttons be pushed-up a layer so they are above the trackinfopanel?

I'm pretty sure it wasn't addressed.
I found another solution for the skins for which this was an issue then.

I too worked out a solution so I could add a wavebar in 3.1.
Would have been so much easier if this had been addressed.
Guess Steven's got to leave some bits in to keep our grey-matter exercised

Have PM'd alternative version of Rain skin I was working on.

i have put in handling into v3.2 for this type of layout
