Hi community,
is there a way to remove symbols while renaming files?
i.e. I rename my titles artist - title. Now I got a song where artist is "#90s Update" and title is "Aicha".
So, musicbee will rename it to "#90s Update - Aicha" so far, but I want to rename without "#", cause my hardware player don't like symbols  :(
I don't want to trim filename, cause there are a few more files, containing symbols at individual positions in filename, like "DJ's@Work".

THX for ur help

There are a couple of ways.  You can set up to two custom characters to replace in the "Filename Character Mapping" settings, which you should see a button for on the organize or auto-organize window: http://musicbee.wikia.com/wiki/File_Organization#Filename_Character_Mapping

Or you can use $Replace in your naming templates: http://musicbee.wikia.com/wiki/Functions#Replace_.2F_RxReplace.  Unless you're good with regex, you'll have to do a replace for each character, though.
