after 3.1.6445 installed it has album cover frames appeared
i dont like it, any option to remove?

Those are controlled by skins. Depending on the skin, you might be able to edit it yourself. Otherwise, you can always make a request of the skin creator. Just find the appropriate thread in the skins forum.

Maybe you could test out some different skins, then.  In addition to what's included with MusicBee, look under Add Ons on this site.

As psychoadept says, its a skin setting.
This is a variation on the musicbee default skin with the borders disabled:
