I'm a new user and love most of the program.  Even though musicbee looks like a spreadsheet, I can't filter then sort or sort by multiple columns.  Is there a way in MB?  Can the data export to excel?  I want to order by genre, then artist, then album in order to file my CD collection.  Thank you.

Actually found what I needed by right click.  Sorry to bother all but it would be nice to print the list at album level instead of song level.

There are (at least) two ways to do this.

1- Preferences > Tags (2) > tag handling > send to clipboard tags: select the tags you want > select the albums/ tracks you want and then right-click > copy to clipboard. Then paste into excel.

2- Use the Additional Tagging and Reporting Tools plugin and look for 'Library Reports.' This tool will allow exporting as .htm or .txt or m3u.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.
