AK300 + MB Sync Question

I recently purchased an Astell & Kern 300 player and I DLed MB to help me sync and organize my large DB of music. What is the best way to sync to my player and fill in the many gaps for tagging and artwork that are missing in parts of my collection? Pretty new to FLAC and M3U etc so any help would greatly be appreciated.

It should sync like any other Android player. If sounds like you need to get a handle on your tagging and artwork first.
