Add Wavebar and spectrum analyzer to top or bottom panel

Hello currently the only option I could find is to:

arrange panels>available elements>wavebar
arrange panels>available elements>spectrum visualizer

However, these cannot be placed in the top or bottom panel.
Neither can they replace the progress bar in the player control.

Is there any way to change this that I do not know of?
