Hotkey - Add To Playlist ?

Heya,
is it possible to set a hotkey to send track/s to:
- a pre-defined/hard-coded playlist (eg to a specific one named "WIP") ?
- have the Right-Click -> Add To Playlist -> 'Playlist Chooser' dialog added to a hotkey for quick-er access ?

in case neither is possible - could this be moved to the wishlist section ?
