I love MusicBee but it seems to lack one CRITICAL feature for me, the ability to remove duplicate songs from a PLAYLIST, not from my library. For example, if I search for an artist and then add ALL their music to one playlist, there may be certain songs that are on more than one album of theirs. These then show up as duplicates on the playlist, and play twice or more times in a row, very irritating. There seems to be NO WAY to clean up the playlist so that only one copy of a specific song remains. The List/Remove Duplicates simply doesn't work?? Why not?

This inability is enough to prevent me using the program, which is a great pity since I love it in so many other ways.

Clementine can do this perfectly so it can't be too hard.

the way it works currently is to remove duplicate filenames but i guess it makes sense to do it based on artist & title, so i will change the next v3.1 update to do that
