Trying to sync a playlist with my Galaxy A5 (2017) and getting the error message Device Galaxy A5 (2017) is not ready - please insert and try again. In addition under the name, serial number info in the device tab says "This device is not accessible". I have made sure that it is on usb MTP mode. And the funny thing is that I have synced a playlist yesterday.

What version are you using?  I know Steven fixed at least one sync problem recently, so try updating to 3.1 from the link in my signature.  If that doesn't work, can you post anything that appears in the error log when you try to sync?
