[minor] Custom colours for highlighting rules do not save

Heya,
after playing with different option/settings & colours for conditional highlighting based on this:

turns out that custom colours that you set don't save. And having 16 custom colour fields in the GUI, this feels like a bug and that these once set as custom colour, should save as well so they are easily re-callable. As is, once the 'Colour Editor' gets close & then re-opened, all 16 custom colour fields are white again.

Custom colour management is done by windows, not MusicBee.
As long as you assign the custom colour to a rule, MusicBee will remember it but the windows colour management dialog doesnt
