why some popular skins are removed from mb 3.0 package?

Steven, i've noticed that many popular skins (even *not* bitmap skins) are removed from mb 3.0 package. for example my favorite skin 'sunset'. i've just checked this skin and it works fine for mb 3.1. why they are removed?

I removed skins that havent been maintained for a very long time. I havent removed any skin topics from the forum so they are still around
