when changing global tags and/or the Configuration.xml (which is unfortunately necessary after every patch update that also pushes a new Configuration.xml for me due to this:

But even despite the 'INITIALKEY' miss-spelling in the Configuration.xml for ogg-vorbis, it would be neat to be able to test the syntax on a/few files first instead of needing to re-scan the whole library to see if your changes actually worked.
