after running MusicBee_Setup_3_1_6335.exe on my Windows 10 laptop portable install


if I re-run MusicBee_Setup_3_1_6275.exe

everything returns to normal

MusicBee_Setup_3_1_xxxx.exe doesnt create or rewrite any settings. It only replaces certain application files.
It looks to me like you installed it at a different location and running MusicBee.exe using a partial install

Definately running the .exe from within the install folder (as you can see from running the 3.1.6275 it reverts back to functioning version).
It's only this laptop I'm having problems with so maybe somethings become corrupted.
Will wipe the installation and re-install.
Hopefully, that's the answer.

Well, after I deleteing and re-installing 3 times I worked it out.
The security suite on that laptop was automatically sandboxing MusicBee.exe, so it couldn't access the settings and library
