Ability for skins to read the current Windows accent colour

Hi There,

This is a request for the skin format in MusicBee to be able to read the current Windows accent colour and apply it to various elements within the MusicBee UI. I notice that many of the out of the box MusicBee skins come in a range of different colours and it would be good to have an accent variation of each of the skins.

The same thought crossed by mind a while ago when I was trying to create a new skin that matched my Windows 10 color scheme. I'm not sure if it's possible to access the API in such a way, but it'd be cool for sure.
