ok, so I figured out how to turn off the annoying "smooth fade when stopping" setting, but is there another setting for the fade-in or something? it's really, really weird that this is the default way a music player acts; when I hit pause I want it to pause and when I hit play I want it to play. It shouldn't be fading in and out.

thanks!

That option only applies when crossfade is enabled.
