Syncing to device, always transcoding some files, even when option not selected

I never transcode files when syncing to device (Android phone). Since the latest Music Bee patch (3.1.6335), when syncing it will try and transcode some M4B files, even though the option is deselected and M4B is supported by my device. This always fails because I have no transcoders setup - so the end result is the file is not copied.

This has only occurred since installing the latest patch. Thanks for any help.

if am fairly sure it will be for podcast episodes with chapters. Can you confirm if you play one of the problem podcast episodes that the title changes for each chapter as your mouse over the progress bar while the episode is playing

It's for an audiobook, but yes, the chapter name changes when I mouse over the progress bar.

Unfortunately it is still not working. 

I did try to sync an M4B file without chapter titles and it works fine, as you suspected.
