Deleted files still saved in "remove files"

I thought this was fixed sometime previously, but when I delete files from an auto-playlist using Shift+Delete, the file paths are still retained in "Remove Files".  I would like for the playlist not to save this info, so that if I restore a file from the recycle bin or similar, it will show up in the playlist again.
