No Taskbar Controls on Windows 10 - MusicBee 3.x

Hi,

I just cannot get the Taskbar Music Controls to display. I just installed the latest patch/beta 3.1 but no joy.
Only Album info gets shown (Album art, album, artist, year time and progress bar)

BTW: I only now report this issue - I've been having this since I moved ALL my PCs to Windows 10, with all MB versions since 2.5.
(I have three PC's/Laptops in my house, also I did a fresh Windows re-install, same result).

I did a search on the forum but this issue seems to be resolved for all the other users, since 2015.
Is some settings file on my part corrupt? What can I do, where can I look?

This issue was reported and fixed a couple of years ago so i doubt i can help. Just make sure you really are using v3.1 with Help/About
but i wont offer any more assistance with it

I did check - it is in fact the latest version 3.1.
