"Quality" with scrolling menu Tab

Hi! In previous versions we have in "tags (2)" on the edit mode a tab "Quality" with a scrolling menu (Highest, High, Medium, Poor). It was very usefull for me as i have a very large collection with different files in different quality. It is removed in version 3.1.6275. If you can put it back it will be so great. Other people use this tab?

I think MusicBee is the best Music Audio Manager/Player. With some little useful improvement it will be the Ultimate player/manager.

its not available when the tag editor is docked in the main panel but is still there when editing in the floating window
