File System Browsing Improvements

Hi,

in order to improve the experience when browsing the file system:
1. jump to the respective folders starting with the letter when typing a letter (like, for example, windows explorer does).

Other improvements (already suggestest elsewehere) I would like to see in this regard are:
2. show also m3u lists (and when clicking on an m3u list show the respective files)
3. allow the skinning of file system Icons
