Global ratings disable

It's a minor annoyance at best, but I would like an option to hide ratings from all parts of the interface. They are totally useless for me.

The only place I know of where you can't hide them already is in the tag editor.

That appears to be true, but a one-click solution is less tedious.

I'm having the issue of the star rating covering up the song title while in Album view when the window is small. Any way to remedy that? I can make a new thread here, if that's more useful.

Here's a workaround.
Go to Customize Panel window for artwork view> Configure expanded panel
Then untick "show track rating"
If you still want to see rating, then add "rating" as a field. It will be displayed as a number below title.
