What were you doing when the error occurred?
Does it happen every time you do this?
Please list the steps to reproduce.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

according to the error the "send to library" command is being invoked. You would need to provide some more explanation around what you are doing
