Windows 10 "N" version.

MusicBee 3.0.6248

I did install the Feature Pack for Win10 KB3010081

only BASS_ERROR_CODEC when trying to play MP3. Flac is playing..

Lame.exe is in Codecs folder and MP3 Enabled is checked in File Converters. path to Lame.exe is correct.

Tried K-lite Codecs and Sharks Codecs - no help.

Not sure what to try. thanks for any ideas.

Installing complete codec packs is usually not the most desirable solution to such problems.
They can do some harm (conflicting with other codecs)
Does Windows own media player play the mp3's?

What will probably solve it is downloading this file: http://www.un4seen.com/download.php?bass24
Extract it, locate the bass.dll file in the 'mp3-free' folder, and copy (overwrite) that same-named file in MusicBee's installation folder.
