XMLC Skins Editable?

(how) is it possible to edit XMLC skins?

Welcome to the forum drjee,

You cannot edit xmlc (compiled) skins, only xml skins.
The only option is to see if the source files for an xmlc skin are made available by the creator of the skin, and then work from those.
