I'm brand new to MusicBee (iTunes escapee  ;) ). So far, it's lovely! :)

I'd like to play tracks with an "Unknown" Last Played date using the Auto DJ. I tried lots of ways to code the filter on Last Played but when I click Preview, I always get "No tracks matched the selection criteria".

a. How would I code the value for "Last Played" "is" "Unknown"?

b. How would I code the value of "Last Played" "is less than" "a date"? (I tried values in the format yyyy-mm-dd but no matter what value and how I can think to code it, I always get "No tracks matched...".

Thank you very much!
..Bill..

PS: If it matters, I have MusicBee using the iTunes folders, running on 64-bit Windows 10.

Welcome to the forum Bill.YEG

When I start by setting up an auto playlist using dd-mm-yyyy for 'Last Played' > 'is before', it works fine.
But that could be perhaps be dependent on regional settings?
Selecting 'has no value' does indeed not seem to work. But when I enter e.g. 'is not in the last' > '1000 months', it is populated with all tracks having 'unknown' as a value.

If I then setup Auto-DJ using that auto-playlist as a source, it works fine.
