Plugin "Last.fm Similar Artists/Tracks" does not show up

Hi,

I have problems to activate the plugin "Last.fm Similar Artists/Tracks"
(see http://getmusicbee.com/addons/plugins/12/last-fm-similar-artists-tracks/)
in MusicBee v 3.0.6132 portable version.

I copied the .dll of the plugin to MBs plugin folder and veryfied in the settings that it is enabled.

But where does it show up / how to enabled this ?

I need some instructions please.

This view I want to have like in MusicBee 2.5.*, that updates automatically with the actual played title.
