Hi,

my last upgrade attempt from MusicBee 2.5 to version 3 is long ago.

I think I remember that I lost i.e. my autoplay lists and some handcrafted play lists.

My Questions:

- Whats best practice for such an MusicBee release upgrade ?

- What can I do, not too loose anything in terms of playlists ?

Many thanks for your kind support upfront.

See this for 2.5 > 3.0 (especially the first post): http://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=17326.0
If you install into the same path/directory as your current 2.5, nothing should get lost. But if you don't make backups before you upgrade then it's going to be harder to recover if something goes wrong.
Also see the Wiki for backup/restore: http://musicbee.wikia.com/wiki/Backup_%26_Restore
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.
