I just updated to 3.1.6355
I am pretty sure that before that there was an 'exclude' button here?:

its still there. Are you sure you didnt update to 3.0.6355?

Damn, you're right.
Somehow I ran into an 'update5' and without really looking I just assumed it was the most recent 3.1.
