visual glitch

I think it was mentioned before; the scroll bar for 'comment' isn't skinned, and becomes transparent occasionally:

I just checked, it happens with 'Sportura Pinstripe' and with 'The Blue Bee and the Sea'.
With Zen Hive no scroll arrows are visible in the 'comments' pane.

there isnt enough height in the comments field when the tag editor is docked in the main panel for a scrollbar with arrows. I have tweaked it so the arrows will show
