Not possible to enable/disable autocomplete. Probably there's already such a request where you could add your support.

I think it was removed then re-added again (see earlier post)
Not sure if i have the option to disable or not ?

Looks like Steven re-added it after temporarily removed it (not the option but the functionality for title).
