Unable to Drag playlists into folders

For a while I was able to organize my playlists by dragging them to different folders, but it seems I did something and now it no longer works...  Has anybody encountered this before, and how do I fix it?  Thanks in advance.

I can't reproduce the issue. What version are you running? (Help > About)
