Is there any way to control Musicbee using an iOS device? I tried using the DACP plugin and using iTunes Remote, Musicbee asks me to input the pairing code and then I get an error on the iPad "iTunes Remote can't connect to your iTunes library. Check your network settings and try again".
I was using Musicbee Remote app for android on my phone but I was gifted an iPad and I'd like to use it for this somehow. Unfortunately I can't jailbreak the ipad

Sorry, you're probably out of luck.  Maybe it's possible to write an iPad version of the remote, I can't speak to that.  But no one has yet.

if you can write code with a scripting language:

also this plugin lets you control MB from a web browser - its quite old and not sure if it still works:

I think I'm going to try the DLNA server plugin http://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=14277.0 because my receiver supports this and has a good app for iOS.

At the moment I use MB on my iPad via the Microsoft remote desktop app.

That works but it is not very convenient. I wonder if someone has found a better solution for controlling MB on iOS-devices.
