Artwork/Album Cover embed and store picture in mp3 file

How can I set up each of my 60,000 mp3 files that it's album cover is embedded and stored and "picture Type is set to Album Cover. All of them shows the Album Cover Artwork, but only a few are not stored and embedded. Hope you have a work around to verify or better to set the whole library for example to "embedd the picture in the music file" automatically.

if you install v3.1 which is available from the first forum topic, there is a new command: Tools/ Artwork/ Album Artwork Manager
one of the available filters can check the artwork location against the prefered artwork storage locations that are configured in the Tags(1) preferences
