I'm using version 3.0.6188
There is a click or pop noise at the end of very track I rip on every CD. I'm using the Secure Rip option with Accurate Rip. Each track says "accurately ripped". I made sure that the gaps are removed.  But each track is getting clicks at the very end.

To eliminate my CDs or CD drive, I tried ripping the same CDs with Foobar2000 using the same options, and each track is ripped properly.
I don't often rip with MusicBee, so I don't know what exact version the problem started. All I can say is that I never experienced this problem with MusicBee before this version this current version.

No, I'm not experiencing what you describe. I don't use the secure rip option, but I do use AccurateRip.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

I've recently ripped thousands of CDs (over 10,000) tracks and didn't get this problem at all.

Sorry, can't help.

  • Now with FiiO M11!
I would suggest comparing your read offset in MB to the setting you have for other ripping software. You might also consider reducing your ripping speed to x1 as an experiment. Unfortunately, not all hardware and software pairings work perfectly together but these two things tend to smooth out a lot of issues for ripping.
