Inbox Count not Updating

MusicBee Version: 3.0.6335

Issue:
Number of files in MusicBee Inbox doesn't decrement or decrease when a file is send to the library or deleted. Number states at initial number even if all files are remove from both library and inbox. Inbox count only increases when new files are added to the inbox via rescanning or importing.

Attempts to Resolve:
Rescanning Library
Removing All Files from Inbox
Deleting and recreating Library
Selecting Deleting
Re-Installing MusicBee (Default Uninstaller)
Re-Installing MusicBee (total removal including registry keys, cache, and leftover data)
