own ringtone

Hi,
I'm using my particular ringtone on my iPhone SE. The File Format for it has to be *.m4r.
After syncing the phone with musicBees iPhone driver the ringtone is gone (understandably but :-((). But now, there is no way to get it back on my phone, because the File format *.m4r is not selectable in musicBee.
Although the best thing would be if the ringtone would remain on my phone unaffected, is there a way to put it again on my phone?

Why not import those ringtones directly from iTunes using File> Add file to library command?

And unless you delete those files from iTunes, don't they stay on your phone?
