Hello there,

Correct me if I'm wrong, but MusicBee does not have A-B looping/repeat, right? So setting a point A after say minute 1 and B after minute 2 and it will loop between minute 1 and 2 until you stop it?

Thanks,

Several ways to achieve that.

- Set start/end time in tag editor> settings tab
- Use Bookmarks node (search the forum for details)
- Use Track Previewer plugin

For repeating, adjust repeat setting on player bar.

Alright thanks I will check it out.

I was not thinking of something like editing the tags, because it's not very 'dynamic'. I remembered this functionality from an old MP3 player I had and I could just go to a point, give it an A, go to the next, give it B and it would repeat. If I wanted to select a different part, erase, new A, new B. This is what I mean by dynamic. Since I know nothing about the 2 other points I'll investigate on those, certainly.

Thanks a lot for the tip!

Bookmarks will probably come the closest to what you're thinking of.  You just use a hotkey to set a start and end bookmark, and then you can play the bookmarked section from the Bookmarks node as its own track.
