Limit storage available to MusicBee on external device

This was already requested by someone else here (http://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=660.0) it seems, although I don't know if it was noted.
It would be best when MusicBee is syncing to a phone (I have an HTC EVO for example) that it would leave some specified disk space free for the phone and apps. Right now I believe it just takes up whatever is available.

This ought to be possible by using an Auto-Playlist and limiting my GB or MB.
