Some tags being lost upon importing albums from inbox via auto-tagging

This is a bug I encounter when I auto-tag an album in the inbox with "add to library" selected. It will import it to the library and but after I go to the music tab I notice random tracks will lose all tags except for the artist and album art. This even includes the track length which shows up as 0:00.

Btw, I have my downloads folder located on my computer's internal harddrive but my music library is on an external harddrive connected via usb (3.0 I believe). I have my library set to auto organize my library's folders. I don't know if any of that should make a difference.

What do you mean by that? What if you complete tagging and then send them to the library?
