Minor cosmetic "localization" issue

So because of some app that didn't handle correctly my local settings I was forced to change some of my regional/language settings, namely the date format for a few weeks till that app's issue was sorted. In the meantime, I kept on downloading podcasts and ended up with a podcast list that looks like this:

Edit: I tried embedding the screenshot but failed misserably. Is the img tag broken?

Edit2: OK, I had to manually add ".jpg" to the URL and it works.
