I need to move/rename some folders containing some albums on my HDD.
If I do that MusicBee will consider the songs in that folder "lost" and will consider the ones in the renamed/moved folder as "new".

How can I rename a folder avoiding that, so that musicbee "understands" that it's the same files, just in a renamed/moved folder?

Select the files, right click, Send To > Folder (Move) > Move Files to Folder (or Organized Folder)

Awesome! I'll try that when I get back home, thanks a lot :)

Last time I had to go through a messy process of redownloading data from Last.fm etc and it was very lenghty and annoying.
Thanks once more!
